New Boots Ready For College

Xene has left school, finished her GCSEs, got double the amount she needs to study her A levels (she won’t let me announce her grades, so I will just say, I am Super proud ;)) Next stop, enrolment at college, which happens this week!

I would be lying if I said I enjoy School Shoe shopping, in fact I detest it, especially when there are so many pairs to buy!! So the thought that I would have one less pair to get this year was quite a nice thought.

Even better was the fact that Xene didn’t have to conform to any particular colour or style, she could actually choose something that she felt comfortable in, and suits her personality.

When Cloggs got in contact and asked if Xene would like to choose some College footwear, I knew exactly what she would say…

By now, you will all know exactly how BAD Xene is at choosing ANYTHING, so the fact that she had to look through an entire website to choose something that was personal to her, was a bit of a nightmare, there were so many gorgeous shoes and boots to choose from.

She sat down and thought about what kind of style she likes, which she decided was boots that would be OK to wear when she first starts in September, but that would be substantial enough for the colder weather, after a while she came across the Dr Martens page where she was instantly drawn to the different coloured boots!

She didn’t want too bright, so decided on Purple Patent Boots, she sent her order to Cloggs and they had arrived within 24 hours, how’s that for a great service ?

Cloggs
They arrived within 24 hours!

She opened the box quite quickly ( she LOVES new shoes!) and here they are…

They feel very sturdy, look trendy and she says that they are super comfortable, and they will definitely keep her feet nice and toasty for the winter, there is enough room in them for her to wear thicker socks, when the weather becomes colder, for now, they are being worn with leggings…
