Nail Art Review – The Perfect Way to Colour

Xene and Neva are very arty, they spend hours just sitting and drawing, and I have to say they are both very good at it, they certainly don’t get it from me!

Eowyn adores dressing up and raiding my very small selection of make-up, so when we were given the opportunity to review Interplays Nail Art Kit, it combined all three girls interests.

The first thing we noticed when it arrived was that there were some brilliant colours to work with, nice and vibrant and they easily peel off, without staining the nails.

The set came with little glittery stars and hearts and a small brush to put them on with.

I love the fact that all eight bottles are able to stand up within the packaging when in use, meaning that even two little whirlwind brothers couldn’t knock them over!

The girls had hours of fun designing patterns and pictures, when they ran out of their own nails, they moved onto mine!

The Nail Art isn’t too runny, so it is very easy to apply, and to add quite fine detail, as shown with the little flowers and stripes that the girls drew on Eowyn’s nails.

It dries very quickly meaning that you can layer the art over, and create spots, smiley faces, and anything your imagination can create!

The age recommendation is 8+, which I think is about right for the actual application, as it is quite fiddly to apply and to add the sparkly additions, but obviously you can use younger models, that love to dress up!!

For more information about this fab Nail Art set click here, priced at £9.99 I think this represents excellent value for money and it is definitely a gift I would purchase for girls aged 8-10 for their birthdays.
