#Blogtober16 Day 14 Meaning Behind My Blog Name

Well, I didn’t really look all the way down the list, because anyone that has read my Day 7, you already know the answer to this one!

But, if you are new to my blog or you haven’t read Day 7, I shall explain again!

This was my original blog header, as you can see the Hexagon of my six children with my little chicks and our little cottage in the country.

But in 2013 we welcomed Viggo, so instead of changing the entire name of the blog I was a little lazy and just added plus 1

So you already know why I named it Hex Mum – because hex means six and seven is Sept, so I thought Septimum sounded a bit like something you would want to put in isolation!

This blog header was designed by the lovely Lucy at Lucy Kate Design┬áit represents all of the meanings of the children’s names.

So, what’s behind all of your blog names ?

I did read day 7! It’s lovely how you have included all your children in your header. I’ve done that too, but only by using five butterflies, each a slightly different size because my children are different ages, also the boys are more blue butterflies and the girls pink and purple.

I read day 7! I love your name, and the reason behind it… both your headers are lovely, but it’s great you changed it when you had another wee one!

Yes Septimum sounds a bit random. I love how you have got all your children represented in your blog header.
