#Blogtober16 Day 13 Whats In My Fridge ?

What’s In My Fridge ?

Well, firstly, here is my fridge! As you can imagine with nine of us a big fridge is essential, we also have a smaller fridge that pretty much houses just the milk for the week and any fizzy drinks!

I actually did a medium shop yesterday afternoon, because if I had taken  a photo yesterday it would have been pretty bare, so here is mine this evening

So, we have various desserts up the top, yoghurts, chocoltae otrange, dairy milk and caramel, there are a packet of grapes and a cucumber up the top, middle has carrots, tomatoes, chorizo from the deli, two large blocks of cheese, hummus, ham, a Morrisons Chinese Take away, Burgers, Mince and Bacon on the bottom shelf and a lovely 12.5kg of potatoes and a couple of onions in the veg drawers.

The side of the fridge is home to various condiments and two small bottles of prosecco that I was given in my goodie bags at Christmas In July events (can you tell i’m not a drinker!) ooh a sneaky small bottle of coke at the front that I had hidden for later!

That’s about everything in the fridge, the freezer in the bottom is home to various frozen potato products, Viggo is in love with Potato Balls at the moment, Tyrus still has a chicken dipper and fish finger obsession, so if he refuses to eat anything else, they are always in our freezer, potato waffles, a couple of pizzas that take 3 minutes in the microwave and are easy for when Lochlan is home at lunch from college, bag of frozen peas, for eating or for an Asa rugby injury! Couple of tubs of ice cream, some Mini Milks, a frozen pint of milk for emergencies, battered onion rings and breaded garlic mushrooms, two packs of frozen steak pies.

Within the next few weeks the bottom of the fridge will be full of fresh meat ready to start the slow cooker season.

So, there we have it a glimpse of the Morrison Fridge, guess it’s the same as everyone else’s, I will find out when everyone links up!

A slow cooker sounds like a great idea, especially when cooking for nine! How long does it take you to get through all those potatoes? #Blogtober16

Thats a lot of potatoes! I don’t keep our potatoes in the fridge, they’re kept in the cupboard! My fridge is pathetic and small and I hate it with a passion. Cant wait to move so I can get a bigger one!
